EIGAN

Open weights

Open-weight model monitoring,
inside your network.

Bill Gates puts it plainly. You can take an open model and "disable any monitoring of any kind". If you run open weights on your own hardware, no lab is watching. Eigan reads the layers directly.

Layer hooks

Read the layers, not the output.

With open weights, Spectre attaches to the model's layers and reads concept scores per token as it generates. That is a direct read of what the model is doing, not a guess from the text it produced.

The appliance

Runs where the model runs.

The Eigan appliance runs inference, analysis and the signed audit record on hardware inside your network. Nothing leaves. It is built for the teams that chose open weights for exactly that reason.

The watcher

Or watch a frontier model from here.

The same instrumented open model can act as the watcher for a frontier model you call over an API. The heavy work runs on the best model available. The intent reading, alerting and kill switch run on hardware you control.

How it works

Hook, score, keep.

  1. Hook

Spectre attaches to the layers of the model you already run.

  2. Score

Concept scores are read per token, with alerts at your thresholds.

  3. Keep

The signed record stays on your hardware, inside your network.

Questions

Do open-weight models have built-in safety?

Some ship with tuned refusals, but anyone with the weights can remove them. Nothing in the model reports to you. Monitoring has to be added by whoever runs it.

Which models are supported?

Spectre works with open-weight transformer models through layer hooks. Tell us what you run and we will confirm the fit.

Does anything leave our network?

No. The appliance runs inference, analysis and audit locally. That is its purpose.

How is this different from an agent containment platform?

Containment decides what an agent is allowed to reach. Eigan reads what the model is trying to do and can stop a response before it leaves. They work together, and Eigan runs on hardware you own.
